    Publishing articles is very important to improve links back to your website. It is time consuming but improtant to improce your rank on search engines. I put aside one day a month for articles to market websites for my customers. Even a few hours a day, once a month allows me to wrtie and sitribute one or articles to the top 20 article websites. From there I am hoping that they will get picked up by others and multiply to 20 or 30 more websites along with my link to my website ofcourse.

    Plus with each article, in the resource box, I can get 3 link backs to my websites. So with 2 articles a month, I can target 5 or 6 of my websites for links, which is not bad. I know that some people wrtite and distribute articles much more frequently than once a month. The benefits in that case will of course be much more.

    It’s amazing that article marketing has stood the test of time (so far, anyway). While the effectiveness of massive submitting has dwindled over the last couple of years, the benefits are still visible within a short period of time. I use article marketing to enhance my website’s on-page optimization strategies, and it works wonderfully, usually I see an uptick in natural search engine traffic in about 3 weeks after running a limited campaign (about 10 article directories).

    Article marketing is still effective but unless you have huge block of time to devote to the practice I think it’s a pretty effective strategy to outsource this portion to a reliable partner.

    This way you can concentrate on the key parts of your business that drive a profit plus when you get the articles from your ghostwriters then you can spend a couple of minutes adding your own touch so that your own individual character is embeded in the articles.

    It is good to see that article marketing still works for others too. Although social media has changed the shape of seo linking strategies, article marketing still works for us too. I submit at least 1 article every month to the top 30 article directories among other items such as press relelase, etc and my website authority and rank have grown steadily in the past 2 years. Unlike traditional link exchanges, article marketing is still effective.
