Janes last blog post..FaceBook – How to Use Facebook to Promote Your Company
We were late to join Facebook. We created our first business page on Facebook only a few months back. We started first by creating a simple page with some information about our company. As soon as we had familiarised ourselves with the different tools that are available, we were able to syndicate content from our existing website and blogs. This was great as it means we don’t necessarily have t write fresh content for Facebook all the time. Instead our latest posts and articles form our website is automatically added to our Facebook business page. We have not done much to promote our Facebook page but still we manage to receive a few hits and have been able to generate some traffic back to our company website. There is tough competition when it comes to internet marketing. Every little step counts as they all add up in the end. We have bigger plans for this year and hope to improve the visibility of our Facebook page. This way we will be bale to drive even more traffic to our site.
There are so many social networks out there that drive millions of hits per month. A company can only focus on a handful. It can be quite a nightmare to decide what websites should a company advertise on. An expert internet marketing consultant can help choose the right mediums but they are not cheap to hire. This can be quite a problem for small business owners.
