8. Set Benchmarks to Measure your Performance

Set some benchmarks to measure your performance with respect to your goals and objectives. If one of your objectives is to increase your email database, you can set a target such as 1k new subscribers by the end of month 2, and so on. Similarly, you can set benchmarks for measuring social media performance.
