Cornell,
Some parts of Webmaster Tools such as search queries that drive traffic have definitely been integrated into Analytics but most other features are still separate. Webmaster tools targets a sligthly different aspect than Analytics. While Google Analytics focuses on stats, Webmaster Tools focuses on issues that could be affecting how Google crawls and indexes your website. Both are essential if you are serious about how your site performs on Google.
