I have been using wordpress for about 2 years and at first I loved it and have started to grow a sour taste in my mouth from it. My grandma moves faster then it does and editing a theme is more difficult then with other blog engines. On the other hand I do agree with most of your comments.

I have been using Joomla for the past 4 years and have only started using WordPress last year. Joomla is great and powerful but can be a bit complicated for smaller websites where all clients want is to update the odd 2 or 3 pages. In such cases WordPress can be a great CMS platform.

These are all of the things that i love and more about wordpress, everytime someone asks for a blogging recommendation i instantly suggest wordpress.

I also like that it’s constantly updated, and the huge community.
